Step 1. 線上程序

• 登入校務資訊系統
• 依指示完成離校程序如下圖所示：

Step 2. 系辦程序

• 系友通訊錄表單填寫，表單連結：https://forms.gle/TzQ834hRdo9XwPRY7 。 
• 完成上述後，以Email告知系辦。

Step 3. 圖書館確認借還書狀況。

Step 4. 註冊組領取畢業證書。

Step 1. Online procedure

• Log in the Academic Information System.
• Follow the steps to complete the school leaving procedure as shown in the figure below:

   

  

Step 2. Econ'Department office procedure

• Fill in the alumni address book, link：https://forms.gle/E7jS23KrGN8En7MT7

• After completing the above, inform the Dept. office by Email .

Step 3. The library ：Confirms the status of borrowing and returning books.

Step 4. Division of Registration：Pick up diploma  .
